Until recently I held the title for the fastest consultant to become a Director at Sentinel, in just 21 months. I had recruitment experience prior, but the last 10 years here have definitely been the best of my career. Once upon a time I specialised in business applications, particularly IFS but that has evolved into managing a number of key accounts, supplying the IT talent they need most.

I’ve also got a great team focusing on Development and Digital markets, with a real emphasis on FinTech and Legal clients. Aside from work we’re also brought together by being avid football and rugby fans. Once the week’s out I’m usually cheering on my other teams.
