I joined Sentinel in September 2008 with no previous sales or recruitment experience, but they assured me this wouldn’t be a problem.
I received lots of support and was encouraged to identify and build my own business. I soon established a new market for Sentinel: recruiting gaming and mobile professionals for Scandinavian firms.

I joined Sentinel as a Resourcer in 2005 after working for 5 years as a commercial recruiter for a local highstreet agency. I was looking for a role that would play to my strengths – identifying and selecting the best candidates and managing the recruitment process.
Over the past 7 years I’ve enjoyed working with an incredible range of clients both in the UK and overseas and it’s been great working for a business that values resourcing expertise, providing career progression that ensures it’s not simply a junior role.
I joined Sentinel in 2009. I had six years’ recruitment experience and had spent a year away from the IT sector, so I was eager to rebuild my business.

In 2011, just 21 months after joining, I was invited to become a Partner, setting a new company record for rapid partnership qualification.
Now I enjoy the freedom and challenge of running my own business within the company.
