My career at Sentinel started in the sales enablement team as an internal talent acquisition consultant with my focus being finding exceptional talent to join our ever-growing team. After a couple of years of building the team internally, I made the decision to try my hand at 360 recruitment to grow my network externally. I now sit within the data and analytics team focusing on the Power BI market for Sentinel technology. Luckily for me this role requires a lot of talking – a skill I have always had – and building rapport with people. I enjoy speaking to a wide variety of people from all different backgrounds with different technical abilities.
Outside of work I spend a significant amount of time either in new restaurants or searching for new places to try and/or running round after my daughter – not in that order!
