I manage the business’s finance, legal, compliance and administration functions. I joined Sentinel as a partner in 2017. I had previously worked as an investment banker and financial adviser before becoming a head-hunter to the finance industry. I even set up my own headhunting business hiring investors, advisors and lenders for some of the top names in finance. That business was then acquired by an established firm and so I joined Sentinel to combine my financial expertise with my hands-on understanding of recruitment.

When I’m not working, I love walking my dogs, kayaking on the Medway river or relaxing with friends and family.
