Leading our London office, my job is varied, covering sales leadership, key account management, strategy and mentoring of trainees. Seeing our people develop and celebrating new customer wins gets me up in the morning (that, and a strong coffee).  

We opened the London office in 2016 after I worked my way to Senior partner and then MD from starting as a trainee in 2010. 

I strongly believe in the importance of work/life balance.  Any challenges I experience during the day can be quickly overcome by running, whether that’s a marathon, a parkrun, or cross-country race.  You’ll often see me in shorts and running trainers in my lunch hour – a wonderful sight I’m sure!
