Commercial Operations Manager, Multinational Tech Giant!  Retail Operations EMEIA

6 Month Initial Contract, Hybrid (3 Days at London HQ), £80K-£85K pro rated

Sentinel are working closely with the market leading Multinational Tech Giant that are hiring for a Commercial Operations Manager in their EMEIA Retail Operations team - the team design and deliver market leading affordability programs that exceed expectations, drive customer purchases, and accelerate growth.

Day to Day:

  • Manage the delivery of Compliance and Regulatory projects across EMEIA.
  • Coordinate Commercial Programs roadmap, including tracking changes, milestones, dates etc
  • Provide in-depth analysis of Commercial Programme performance, and manage and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Identify program enhancements based on the respective local landscape, purchasing trends
  • Manage program operational elements such as issue escalation, new product introduction readiness
  • Build and maintain strong cross functional relationships which are critical for day to day and product launch operational execution

Your experience:

  • Track record managing the operations of consumer-facing programs, while delivering strong business results and a great customer experience.
  • Self starter, who will continually identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and programme resilience.
  • Expert knowledge of the retail industry
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and information, identify trends and problem statements to support the development of innovative solutions and strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, and Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to prioritise, plan, and execute strategies, programs and projects successfully
