Dell / Mac Support / Laptop Support / User Support / 1st Line / 2nd Line. Superb Client based in West London have an Onsite role, Inside IR35 for an experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst. Working from their Support Centre you will be a single point of contact for all internal IT related user/customer queries/issues for Dell and Macs. Working with Service-Now you will provide 1st / 2nd line support escalating where needed. 

Logging all requests using Service-Now and ensure the customer is responded to in a timely manner

Technical experience should include:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on windows 11
  • Network Experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
  • Knowledge of VPN
  • Experience troubleshooting Office 365 applications
  • Good understanding of PC hardware, software setup and configuration.
  • TCP/ IP networking skills
