Dell/Mac Support/Laptop Support/User Support/1st Line/2nd Line. Superb Client based in West London have an Onsite role, Inside IR35 for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst. Working from their Support Centre you will be a single point of contact for all internal IT related user/customer queries/issues for Dell and Macs. Working with Service-Now you will provide 1st/2nd line support escalating where needed. Logging all requests using Service-Now and ensure the customer is responded to in a timely manner Please get in touch if you are immediately available, happy to work in West London and have strong experience Supporting Laptops/Macs, meeting SLA's etc. Technical experience should include: Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on windows 11 Network Experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Knowledge of VPN Experience troubleshooting Office 365 applications Good understanding of PC hardware, software setup and configuration.
