GCE / Google Cloud Architect / GCP. Superb London based client has a 2 year, Inside IR35, onsite role for an experienced Google Cloud Architect / GCE / GCP.
This role requires expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, automation, databases, and security to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will also have experience integrating cloud modules with SDLC pipelines and ensuring production-grade readiness through documentation and testing.
Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on system design and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on expertise in automation tools and practices, especially Terraform.
Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and their integration into cloud environments.
Experience in designing and packaging Windows and Linux images.
Solid understanding of security standards, threat modeling, and addressing vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with SDLC pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.
