Job title: Procurement and Supply Chain Consultant
Duration: Permanent, hybrid – 2/ 3 days on site.
Location: Royal Leamington Spa, Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (10% bonus based on performance) PMI, pension
Do you have strong experience of working in a procurement or finance setting with full end to end understanding of Power Bi?
I’m working with a well-respected supply chain consultancy who, due to growth, are looking for a new consultant to develop and enhance the analytics and insight arm to their practice. The main emphasis is on Power BI and because of this the right person needs to have great developement experience in a commercial setting. Each project that they work on is bespoke and their clients range from public sector to well-known retail businesses. They’re keen to find someone who is a pro-active, self-starter but also someone who likes to work collaboratively across an organisation on a ‘knowledge share’ basis. This is an opportunity to really leave your mark in a small but established and successful company and take the existing function to new heights. As a senior consultant, you will be working with external customers on a wide range of projects and working closely with internal stakeholders while offering mentoring to junior members of the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical and commercial experience using Power BI with a full understanding of working with multiple data sources and data transformation.
- Commercial experience within a procurement or finance function and experience of creating robust cost models.
- Experience of using data to create valuable insights and manage forecasting plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including c-suite level.
- Proactive, ambitious and a self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
