Teamcenter PLM Support Engineer
12+ month contract (extensions likely)
On-site work in Sweden

Superb client is urgently seeking a Teamcenter PLM Support Engineer, for a 12 month contract.

This is onsite in Sweden.

The role will see you providing L2/L3 support for Teamcenter, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, along with configuration and customization.

Skills:

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Teamcenter PLM, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Address incidents, service requests, and change requests related to Teamcenter.
  • Work closely with end-users to provide timely resolution and explanations for issues encountered.
  • Administer the Teamcenter environment, including user account management, access controls, and system configurations.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, such as system monitoring, and patching.
  • Ensure system availability and performance by proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
  • Support configuration and customization of Teamcenter based on project and business requirements.
